Lack of supervision
This is what happens when I leave the room for just a few minutes...No, I didn't fill the tub up to the very top. And no, I didn't give him an entire bottle of body wash to make a million bubbles. Those bright ideas were all his.

That is an everyday occurance at our house--bubbles in the big bath. Though the girls are afraid of the jets!
