I had a sweet tooth tonight and needed something little to satisfy my craving so I made these (I found this recipe on Twig and Thistle)... Super easy - place rolo on pretzel and bake at 220 degrees for 2 minutes. Take out and push half pecan down on top of each one. Place in refrigerator to chill and ENJOY! The perfect mixture of sweet and salty. Thought I would share...
I make these every year at Christmas. They are great neighbor gifts, so easy! I also melt white chocolate and drizzle that over the top to make it look pretty. So good!
Tara, I made these after seeing them on your blog and I think I gained 2 pounds by the next day. Christoffer, Jessica and I polished off a whole pan in one night!!! They were so easy and yet delicious. I would make them more often if I had more control. Laurie (I guess I'm using Chelsie's account to write this???)
